Red Wine & Mint Lamb Cutlets GoSun Recipe

Ingredients

  • 5 Lamb Cutlets
  • 2 Tbsp Mint Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp Crushed Garlic
  • 1/2 Cup Red Wine
  • 1 Cup Beef Stock
  • 2 Tbs Olive Oil
  • 1 Brown Onion Diced
  • 1 Carrot Finely Sliced
  • 1/4 Cup Peas
  • 1 Tsp Salt

Method

  • Combine Wine, Mint Sauce & Garlic
  • Place Onion, Carrot & Olive Oil into the GoSun tray
  • Lay Cutlets over the top of vegetables, top with Salt
  • Pour Red Wine mixture over cutlets & cook for 25 minutes
  • Add Peas to tray & cook for a further 5 minutes
  • Serve with crispy bread & enjoy!!
