Buttered Scallops

Buttered Scallops Cooked in the GoSun Sport

Ingredients

  • 12 Scallops (with shells for serving)
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese grated
  • 1/3 cup parsley finely chopped
  • 2 teaspoons cayenne pepper
  • Tablespoon of olive oil + extra for cooking
  • 2 teaspoons of minced garlic
  • Fresh lemon wedges to serve

Method

  1. Remove scallops from shells and reserve for serving.
  2. Line your tray with olive oil and let it heat for approx 5 minutes.
  3. Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
  4. Add your scallops to the GoSun Sport tray and cook for approximately 10 minutes.
  5. Serve on the reserved scallop shells.
  6. Drizzle the juices over the top (you can use the small opening on the end of the GoSun tray to do so). Squeeze with fresh lemon before eating.
