Buttered Scallops Cooked in the GoSun Sport
- 12 Scallops (with shells for serving)
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese grated
- 1/3 cup parsley finely chopped
- 2 teaspoons cayenne pepper
- Tablespoon of olive oil + extra for cooking
- 2 teaspoons of minced garlic
- Fresh lemon wedges to serve
- Remove scallops from shells and reserve for serving.
- Line your tray with olive oil and let it heat for approx 5 minutes.
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
- Add your scallops to the GoSun Sport tray and cook for approximately 10 minutes.
- Serve on the reserved scallop shells.
- Drizzle the juices over the top (you can use the small opening on the end of the GoSun tray to do so). Squeeze with fresh lemon before eating.
